Entry into the sweepstakes can be made by downloading the ZingSports application available on iOS and Android platforms. After downloading the application, entrants must create an account using valid personal details. Only one account per individual is allowed. Any entrants found to have created multiple accounts will be disqualified.
To enter the sweepstakes, entrants must:
Download the ZingSports app from their device's app store.
Create a ZingSports account by providing accurate information including a valid email address and phone number.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Creating an account on the ZingSports app is free of charge. Internet connection and compatible device are required for entry. Standard data rates may apply.
Entrants are responsible for any costs associated with entering the sweepstakes, including but not limited to, internet service fees. ZingSports is not responsible for any internet connection problems or technical malfunctions that may affect entry into the sweepstakes.
Entries made by any other means or method will not be accepted. The sponsor of the sweepstakes reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these official rules.
By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these rules. The sweepstakes starts and ends at the times specified on the official ZingSports website. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered. The entry period will be clearly communicated and visible within the app.
ZingSports is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason, including for being lost, late, deleted, or misdirected. Any incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure their entry is received by ZingSports.
This sweepstake/contest is open to legal residents of the United States, its territories, and specifically Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of ZingSports, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes/contest.
The sweepstakes/contest entry method will be explicitly described on the official ZingSports website. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted. The sponsor of the sweepstakes/contest reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the official rules.
Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received during the sweepstakes/contest period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email and/or telephone within seven (7) days following the winner selection date.
The prize will be explicitly described on the official ZingSports website. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. ZingSports reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value. All taxes on the prize, including income tax, sales tax, and other applicable taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
By participating in the sweepstakes/contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against ZingSports, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the sweepstakes/contest or from the use of the prize.
This sweepstakes/contest shall be governed by the laws of the United States and specifically Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this sweepstakes/contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the courts located in Puerto Rico.
ZingSports reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the sweepstakes/contest at any time without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical errors, fraud, or any other factor beyond ZingSports' reasonable control that impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes/contest. In such an event, ZingSports reserves the right to award the prize from among the eligible entries received prior to such modification, suspension, or cancellation. Management reserves all rights, including the right to disqualify any participant who violates these official rules or tampers with the entry process.
