All participants in ZingSports event activities (raffles, games, etc.) must be adults aged 18 or over. Age verification will be conducted by checking government-issued IDs at the entrance of the event. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to participate in the raffles or games.
In compliance with the regulations, ZingSports will not market to minors. Any minors present at the event, such as those participating in the beach cleanup, will not be eligible for the raffles or games. All marketing materials and activities will be designed and implemented with this in mind.
Eligibility for the raffles is limited to individuals who are 18+ and have signed up on the ZingSports app and played. The top 10 players across each leaderboard will receive Zings, each of which grants a raffle entry.
Winners must be present at the event to receive their prizes. If a winner is not present, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
Only individuals who are 18+ and have signed up on the ZingSports app and played are eligible to enter the raffles and contests.
Each Zing earned by a player grants one raffle entry.
Prizes are provided by local company sponsors. Winners must be present at the event to receive their prizes.
